These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of happypawsgroomingsarasota.com (the "Site"), operated by Happy Paws Grooming LLC ("Happy Paws," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, contact us and book appointments. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
- sending spam, false information or harmful code through our forms;
- trying to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;
- interfering with the Site's normal operation; or
- using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Appointments and booking
Online booking is provided through our scheduling partner, MoeGo. When you book online you also agree to MoeGo's terms of use and privacy policy. An appointment request isn't final until it's confirmed by us. Appointment policies, such as those covering cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows, are shared at the time of booking or available from the shop, and apply to your appointment.
You're responsible for giving us accurate information about your pet, including health conditions, behavior, and current vaccination records where requested, so we can groom your pet safely.
Prices and service information
Prices shown on the Site or in online booking are provided as a guide. The final price depends on factors such as your pet's breed, size, coat condition and behavior, and the services requested. Your groomer will confirm the price with you. We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but service descriptions, hours and prices may change without notice, and the Site may occasionally contain errors.
Our content
The Site's content, including text, photos, the Happy Paws name and logo, and design, belongs to Happy Paws or is used with permission. You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify or reuse our content, name or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Messages you send us
When you send us a message or photo, you confirm you have the right to share it. We'll use what you send to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites and services, such as MoeGo, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Information on the Site is general and isn't veterinary advice; please talk to your veterinarian about your pet's health.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Paws and its owners, employees and contractors won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. These Terms concern your use of the Site; they don't limit any rights you have under applicable law in connection with grooming services we provide.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
